The 2020 Season Has Started!
September 21, 2020
The 2020 Florida Keys Hawkwatch fall migration count will operate daily from September 15 through November 15.
Official counter Luis Gles is back to lead the count effort at Curry Hammock and Long Key State Parks.

The season is off to a great start with steady Osprey flights and many highlights. On the first morning of count, Luis Gles found a Hudsonian Godwit at the Curry Hammock beach – a species not only new to the project but also new to the state park, and possibly the first documented record for the Florida Keys.
